Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup xAI has raised $6 billion to accelerate its challenge to his former allies at OpenAI. The investment is backed by Sequoia Capital, Andressen Horowitz, among others. Togetehr with his friends from Google, and with Tesla veterans, Musk has announced the launch of his new AI startup last July.
